Vista announces groundbreaking Advanced Replacement Warranty

In a move that will see its customer support level elevated to a new industry standard, Vista has announced a unique new Advanced Replacement Warranty package.
Commencing 1st September, in support of its existing extended warranties, Vista is offering a 'like-for-like' advanced replacement product across its entire core range. Products included are; PowerDome Pro and PowerDome Lite fully-functional domes, all DVRs, VFD3V9s, VIRDs and VFDA static dome ranges, VVRD vandal domes, ProtosV box cameras, P/T heads, zoom module cameras, keyboards, Smart recording & transmission products, and monitors.
Designed to further assist Vista customers to provide a better all-round service to their client base, the impact of the new support package is set to provide a host of operational benefits. By supplying a replacement product within 24 hours and alleviating any protracted swap-out downtime, the advanced replacement scheme will facilitate a fast and efficient remedy to on-site issues; enabling installers to implement enhanced maintenance services with confidence. In addition, it will also negate the need for installer investment into all-encompassing levels of service stock, with peace-of-mind offered by the Vista replacement warranty on essential products.
